This location is just on the edge of downtown with 20+ restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The one bedroom is huge, bigger than my one bedroom apartment.
One negative was that my dryer wasn't working properly but when I let Lindsay know she had it repaired in under 24 hours.
Would definitely stay here again for 7+ day trips to Fredericton but the large apartment is overkill for short stays.
